After choosing the price and the insurance company, you have the option to fill in the proposed form. It is necessary that the indicated data be taken from the original documents for:

MTPL insurance, Green Card - the registration certificate;

Medical Insurance Abroad - the passport with which the person is traveling.

To avoid errors, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which will allow you to repeatedly check the accuracy of the data.

After filling in the form, you have the option to choose a convenient payment method. Depending on whether or not you requested delivery, there are 3 ways to pay for the ordered product.

Picking up the order at the office:

Zone 1:

If your order was placed by 18:00 (16:00 on Saturday), the insurance will be delivered the same day; if placed after working hours, you will receive the insurance the next day. Orders received on Sunday will be processed on Monday, starting at 09:00. Delivery in Zone 1 is free! *

Zone 2:

If your order was placed by 16:00 (15:00 on Saturday), the insurance will be delivered the same day; if placed after the indicated hours, you will receive the insurance the next day, or, if technically possible, on the same day. Orders received on Sunday will be processed on Monday, starting at 09:00. Delivery in Zone 2 is free! *

Delivery time is approximately 60 minutes.

The delivery time may vary depending on days off, weather conditions or road traffic.

Zone 3:

The entire Republic of Moldova, except for the Security Zone and Transnistria.

Delivery is free and is carried out through our partner NovaPoshta. The minimum delivery time is 48 hours. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 15:00 will be forwarded for delivery the same day, and our partner will deliver your insurance policy within a maximum of 48 hours. Orders placed after 15:00 will be forwarded to the partner the next day, and the delivery period will start from that day. Orders placed over the weekend are forwarded to the partner on Monday, the day from which the 48-hour count begins.
