ContactsThe website rapidasig.md is operated by MGP BROKER SRL, registration number (IDNO) 1008600020368, with its registered office at 12 Mihail Kogălniceanu St., Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. In relation to the data processed through this website, MGP BROKER SRL acts as the data controller.
This policy applies to rapidasig.md and its subdomains. The RAPIDASIG mobile application uses similar technologies, described separately in the application documentation.
It explains which cookies we use, why, how long we keep them and how you can change your choice at any time. For other processing of personal data — issuing policies, payments, communication — please see our Personal Data Processing Policy.
Cookies are small text files that the website saves in your browser and reads on subsequent visits. The same category includes technologies with a similar effect: tracking pixels and the browser's local storage. Throughout this document we use the term "cookies" for all of them, and list them separately in section 5.
A session cookie is deleted when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains until it expires or until you delete it yourself.
These are strictly necessary for the website to work as you request it — signing in, completing the calculators, processing payment, protecting forms against automated submissions and general security. Without them the service you request cannot be provided, so they cannot be switched off in the banner.
3.2. Analytics, functional and advertising cookiesWe use these only on the basis of your consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit. None of them is placed before you make a choice. Refusing does not limit access to the website and does not affect the prices or terms you receive. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given (section 7).
3.3. Cookieless measurementEven if you refuse analytics cookies, we receive basic information about the visit: the page viewed, the source you arrived from, the device type, the browser and the country inferred from the IP address. This information reaches Google Analytics without anything being written to or read from your browser, and it does not allow you to be recognised on a later visit.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in measuring the performance of the website and the effectiveness of our marketing channels. You may object at any time by writing to the address in section 9.

The reCAPTCHA cookie is placed by Google on its own domain. It is required to protect the contact and calculation forms, so it loads before any choice is made.

The gso_visitor_uid cookie is placed by Kommo on its own domain. The call-back widget is provided by Moldcell; if you request a call, the phone number you enter is transmitted to its infrastructure in order to place the call.

In addition to cookies we use the browser's local storage. It has no automatic expiry, and the durations below are enforced by the website code.

Analytics, advertising and some functional cookies are placed by third-party providers — Google, Meta and Kommo (QSOFT LLC) — which process the data on their own infrastructure, located outside the Republic of Moldova. The same applies to the Cloudflare and reCAPTCHA services in the essential category. The call-back widget is provided by Moldcell, which operates in the Republic of Moldova.
Transfers relating to the optional categories take place only if you have accepted the category concerned. All transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided for by Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection. Each provider processes the data in accordance with its own policies, available on their websites.
If you refuse the analytics, advertising and functional categories, the transfers relating to them do not take place.
6.1. Measurement through our own domainSome of the measurement requests sent to Google do not travel directly from your browser to Google's servers; they are first sent to rapidasig.md and forwarded from there. The mechanism is called Google tag gateway and is enabled through our infrastructure provider.
Nothing changes for you in terms of choice: the same categories, the same rules, the same rights. The preferences expressed in the banner are passed on and respected. We mention the mechanism because the data passes through our infrastructure before reaching Google.
Through the banner. The "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page reopens the settings window with the options you previously selected. You can enable or disable any category except the essential one. The change takes effect immediately.
Through your browser. You can delete cookies already stored or block them from being placed, using your browser settings. The instructions differ between browsers and can be found in the privacy section of each. Blocking cookies entirely will prevent the calculators, sign-in and payment from working.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
The choice made in the banner is kept for 180 days. After that period the banner is shown again. It also reappears if you clear your browser data or if we change the categories or providers we use.
We keep a record of consents — the time, the version of the text displayed, the language and the categories accepted — so that we can demonstrate that consent was obtained. The record contains no data that identifies you.
In relation to the data processed through cookies and through the measurement described in section 3.3, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, under the conditions of Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.
Requests should be sent to [email protected] or to the registered office indicated in section 1. We reply within the period provided by law.
If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md).
We update this policy whenever the tools we use or the legal requirements change. The date of the last update appears in the header. If a change affects the categories for which you gave consent, we will ask for your consent again through the banner.
